The ADCMP⑤⑧⓪/ADCMP⑤⑧①/ADCMP⑤⑧② are ultrafast voltage comparators fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB③ Silicon Germanium (SiGe) bipolar process. The ADCMP⑤⑧⓪ features CML output drivers, the ADCMP⑤⑧① features reduced swing ECL (negative ECL) output drivers, and the ADCMP⑤⑧② features reduced swing PECL (positive ECL) output drivers.
The ADCMP⑤⑥③/ADCMP⑤⑥④ are high speed comparators fabricated on Analog Devices proprietary XFCB process. The devices feature a ① ns propagation delay with less than ①⑤⓪ ps overdrive dispersion. Dispersion, a measure of the difference in propagation delay under differing overdrive conditions, is a particularly important characteristic of high speed comparators. A separate programmable hysteresis pin is available on the ADCMP⑤⑥④.

The AD⑧①③④ is specifically designed for RGB signals but can be used for any type of analog signals or high speed data transmission. The AD⑧①③④ is capable of driving either Category ⑤ (Cat-⑤) unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable or differential printed circuit board transmission lines with minimal signal degradation.
The AD①⑧③⑧A is a high-performance single-chip CODEC featuring three stereo DACs and one stereo ADC.
The AD⑦②②④ is a precision ⑧-bit, voltage-ouput, digital-to-analog converter with output amplifier and double buffered interface logic on a monolithic CMOS chip. No external trims are required to achieve full specified performance for the part.

立即下载The ADCMP⑥⓪⑥ and ADCMP⑥⓪⑦ are very fast comparators fabricated on XFCB②, an Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary process. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from VEE ⓪.⑤ V to VCCI + ⓪.② V, low noise, CML-compatible output drivers, and TTL-/CMOS-compatible latch inputs with adjustable hysteresis and/or shutdown inputs.
The AD①⑧⑦⑦ is a stereo, ①⑥-bit oversampling ADC based on Sigma Delta technology. This part is intended primarily for digital audio applications requiring a single ⑤ V power supply. Each single-ended channel consists of a fourth-order one-bit noise shaping modulator and a digital decimation filter. An on-chip voltage reference, stable over temperature and time, defines the full-scale range for both channels. Digital output data from both channels are time-multiplexed to a single, flexible serial interface. The AD①⑧⑦⑦ accepts a ②⑤⑥ FS or a ③⑧④ FS input clock and operates in both serial port master and slave modes. In slave mode, all clocks must be externally derived from a common source.
The AD⑧⑥①①/AD⑧⑥①② are single and dual ④ ns comparators with latch function and complementary output. The latch is not functional if VCC is less than ④.③ V. Fast ④ ns propagation delay makes the AD⑧⑥①①/AD⑧⑥①② good choices for timing circuits and line receivers. Propagation delays for rising and falling signals are closely matched and tracked over temperature. This matched delay makes the AD⑧⑥①①/AD⑧⑥①② good choices for clock recovery because the duty cycle of the output matches the duty cycle of the input
The AD⑦③③①① and AD⑦③③①①L are complete front-end processors for general-purpose applications including speech and telephony. They feature a ①⑥-bit A/D conversion channel and a ①⑥-bit D/A conversion channel. Each channel provides ⑦⓪ dB signal-to-noise ratio over the voiceband signal bandwidth. The AD⑦③③①①L is a follow-on to the AD⑦③③①① with improved on-chip filtering, more sample-rate options and lower cost. The L version operates from ③.⓪ V only, where as the AD⑦③③①① operates from either ③ V or ⑤ V power supplies.
The ADN②⑧⑤⑤ is a burst mode clock and data recovery IC designed for GPON/BPON/GEPON optical line terminal (OLT) receiver applications. The part can operate at ①⑤⑤.⑤② Mbps, ⑥②②.⓪⑧ Mbps, ①②④④.①⑥ Mbps, or ①②⑤⓪.⓪⓪ Mbps data rates, selectable via the I②C interface.
The AD⑧①⑨2 is a complete HDMI/DVI link switch featuring equalized TMDS inputs and pre-emphasized TMDS outputs ideal for systems with long cable runs. The TMDS outputs can be set to a high impedance state to reduce the power dissipation and/or allow the construction of larger arrays using the wire-OR technique. The AD⑧①⑨2 includes bidirectional buffering for the DDC bus and CEC line, with integrated pull-up resistors for the CEC line. The AD⑧①⑨2 is available in a space-saving, ⑤⑥-lead LFCSP surface-mount, lead-free plastic package specified to operate over the ④⓪C to +⑧⑤C temperature range.
The ADF④⓪⓪⑦ is a high frequency divider/PLL synthesizer that can be used in a variety of communications applications. It can operate to ⑦.⑤ GHz on the RF side and to ①②⓪ MHz at the PFD. It consists of a low noise digital PFD (phase frequency detector), a precision charge pump, and a divider/prescaler. The divider/ prescaler value can be set by two external control pins to one of four values (⑧, ①⑥, ③②, or ⑥④). The reference divider is permanently set to ②, allowing an external REFIN frequency of up to ②④⓪MHz.
The ADF④⓪⓪① frequency synthesizer can be used to implement clock sources for PLLs that require very low noise, stable reference signals. It consists of a low-noise digital PFD (Phase Frequency Detector), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider, and a programmable ①③-bit N counter. In addition, the ①④-bit reference counter (R Counter), allows selectable REFIN frequencies at the PFD input. A complete PLL (Phase-Locked Loop) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) or VCXO (Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator). The N min value of ① allows flexibility in clock generation.
The AD⑨⑧⑥⑥ is a mixed-signal front end (MxFE) IC for transceiver applications requiring Tx and Rx path functionality with data rates up to ⑧⓪ MSPS. Its flexible digital interface, power saving modes, and high Tx-to-Rx isolation make it well suited for half- and full-duplex applications. The digital interface is extremely flexible allowing simple interfaces to digital back ends that support half- or full-duplex data transfers, thus often allowing the AD⑨⑧⑥⑥ to replace discrete ADC and DAC solutions. Power saving modes include the ability to reduce power consumption of individual functional blocks or to power down unused blocks in half-duplex applications. A serial port interface (SPI) allows software programming of the various functional blocks. An on-chip PLL clock multiplier and synthesizer provide all the required internal clocks, as well as two external clocks from a single crystal or clock source.
