①.②⓪①⓪年⑥月份开始实习①家分公司在南京的美国公司，做的是利用struts编写网站，实习期③个月；

②.②⓪①⓪年①①月，处在毕业前夕的几个月，在南京的①家初创公司实习，做的是软件开发。②⓪①①年⑤月份，开始做关于android开发方面的工作。那个时候，都不知道android是什么东西，只知道智能机的操作系统是android，为了编程，公司给我弄了个moto的智能机，熟悉里面的东西。在学习android的过程中，感觉自己学到的东西真的不是很多，每次遇到不明白的都上网查资料，可是查到的资料也都有限。①直到②⓪①④年①月份，在这③年多的时间里，学到的东西都很多，但都学不深，这也是我转行做测试的原因；

③.②⓪①④年②月①⑧日，通过了南京①家比较大的软件公司的面试。还记得面试时，那天下着雨，公司在中央路的①条巷子里，问了几次路人在找到地方。面试我的有④位，后来得知是部门经理，部门主管，导师，还有①位不知道是谁。面试持续时间大概②⓪分钟到半小时，问了很多关于测试方面的工作，那个时候也没真正接触到测试的流程是怎样的，只是把我自己想到对测试的理解都尽可能的说出来，毕竟之前做的是开发工作(android开发)。也问了关于数据库(面试前有次笔试，数据库占了面试题的⑧⓪%)方面的工作，之前①直都关注数据库语音，这点应该没有什么问题，在后面①道测试题时，压根就没写，因为看不明白也不会，就空白了。笔试在⑦楼，面试在②楼，后来工作了也是在②楼了。面试结束后，面试官只说了让我等通知，走出来，感觉不是很好，毕竟没做过测试工作，走出大楼，步行几分钟后，电话响了，是公司人事打来的，说我面试通过了。当时听到面试通过，也没太高兴，觉得对自己的要求还不是很满意，心想不成功了，还有下午的android研发面试呢。再想，既然选择了转行测试，就要有做好的准备，既来之则安之。①系列的人事确认电话、体检，③月③日第①次公司报道。。。公司是导师制度，新人都会有①位资深的老员工带着进入工作状态，对于我这种半路出家转行的人来说，希望是①个有耐心的导师，可不是啊。。。第①次接触HP ALM写测试用例，没少被导师骂。。。为人处事这方面，我觉得我做的还行，但实在受不了只做①件事情而且还总被骂的命运，即使自己觉得用例已经很好了(看了主观以前写的测试用例，觉得我和她的用例在结构和逻辑上都没什么大问题)，也逃不了被导师说。唉。。。离职是自然的(这不是我选择放弃离职的理由，实在是学不到东西)。。。转行有点失败，不，是遇到了错误的人，公司还是不错的。

④.②⓪①④年④月，等待重新出发。。。目标：测试

You should continuous reconsitution your code, and your focus point may on like Core Linux, network communication about TPC/IP, algorithm, graphis and so on.

If your are interested in testing, I\'m determined to say that changing the role from a developer to a tester is a very suitable thing. As an old developer, it is quite natural that you can being a good tester. Developer is in the deeper level on the whole software development flow. The kernel of testing is make the product with a higher quality, although HP ALM looks like different from Apps product.

In my eyes, development looks like the Chinango in Kung fu, while testing looks like the internal strength. If you wanted to be a stronger in testing, you must make your focus point on

the testing principle. No matter what kind of product, the testing principle is the same. Don\'t hope your mentor tell you everything, continue summarizing is the best mentor. No successful man is always smooth sailing. If you are in trouble, say thanks to it, it would making you being much more stronger. Complaining will only make you become nothing.
