1: I see no point to force you use it to chat with your friend on Facebook. Every time have to switch from FB to it and it takes at least 1.5 second to open.
2: poor design of list of conversation. No function to stick important chat on top. AND WHERE THE HELL TO FIND CHAT THAT YOU ARCHIVED? YOU GIVA ARCHIVE FUNCTION BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE WAY TO PULL ARCHIVED CHAT OUT? WHAT ARE THE DESIGNERS THINKING?
