I can't believe there isn't more information out there about the program.
I only hAPPened upon it while on google because I was desperate to find something - anything - that would at least alleviate my nausea, if not cure it.

You guys should definitely advertise w/ OBGYNs in the States; there are a lot of women who need your program who don't even know that it's available.
I will be mentioning it to my OB at my next appointment.
