I am yet to fully explore the full range of what this app offers, but this is the first non trivial app for photographers I have come across. FANTASTIC VALUE!
Well done bravo ③D lighting effects viewable without even setting up lights great for planning and not wasting studio and model's time. Beautiful use of touch interface. Must have for any studio photographer.
This is an awesome tool for learning advanced lighting techniques through rapid experimentation, without physically moving a ton of equipment around and seeing the result of each change. Shows real-time effect of changes to the light, and includes a large variety of lights. Neat ③-D graphics rendering.

Studio Light Rigger (SLR) allows you to plan in ③D your favourite lighting set-ups, those set-ups can be Loaded/Saved to a library on the device.
You can add a text description to every object so you can make notes of the real world settings of your shoot, this is how SLR started as a fancy ③D drawing pad. But even if you just want understand the basics SLR can help.
SLR gives you a real-time view of the lights you place down with number of models to light with
full colour and shadow maps. The models include a female with ③⓪ odd poses, a hi resolution male with poses and various models such as an over sized head for seeing the affects of shadows.
