MMOCMMOCdsMMOCThe MMOC will be under the direct control of the MMOCDirector of Maintenance Mission Operations for the Space Command and Control (SC②) Division to ensure Operational Mission accomplishment. The MMOC will be operated and maintained by Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) personnel and will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT related services and functions. Primary System Center functions include incident management, network operations and management, performance analysis, fault resolution, maintenance coordination, configuration management, system administration, and security management. Additionally, the MMOC will participate in problem, change, availability, release, service continuity, service level, and capacity management functions as necessary. The MMOC will be deployed incrementally in Phases, and will eventually support all MMOCSC② elements, including MCS, RGS, Factory, Development, Training and Exercise environments, and External Interfaces. dditionally, the MMOC will interface with Commercial and Government Service Providers, along with other Network Operations Centers as appropriate. The MMOC also provides an opportunity to integrate many separate program developments into a single centralized function.
