All you need are your iPhone/iPod Touch and a wrist band.

①) Put your iPhone/iPod Touch into your phone wrist band. Tighten the wrist band around your left wrist if you are right-handed. Vice Versa if you are left-handed.

②) Set the club you want to use. (Default club is a Driver with ④④ inch length)

③) Make a swing.

④) You will see the your swing speed in real-time.
